What should I bring to my first session?

Please bring a valid form of identification (ID or Passport), any previous medical or psychiatric records, and your insurance card. If you are taking medication, bringing the actual bottles or a clear list is very helpful.

How long is the first session?

The initial intake session usually lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. This gives us ample time to understand your history, discuss your current concerns, and begin outlining a personalized care plan together.

Insurance and payment details

We accept a wide range of local and international insurance providers (NHIF, AON, Jubilee, etc.). For self-pay clients, we accept cash, M-Pesa, and major credit cards. We recommend verifying your mental health coverage with your provider prior to the visit.

Is my information confidential?
